Car Fire Site Firecar®
Controlled by a remote control, the car fire is equipped with a permanently installed fire point in the engine compartment and in the dashboard.
The control system, gas bottles and the smoke machine are housed in storage spaces on the side. The entire exercise facility is designed and built so that it can be pulled behind every car. (Road legal)

Functional principle
The fuel gas is supplied to the fire site from a supply system (cylinder battery) via main valves, solenoid valves and pipes. The ignition / pilot flame of the fuel gas / air mixture is carried out by means of an electrical ignition electrode. The valve module is operated by the instructor using the handheld remote control supplied. If the system does not start, the pilot flame switches off after 30 seconds.
Safety shutdown system
The FIRECAR has the following security systems:
- Manual emergency shutdown
(EMERGENCY STOP button) - Safety shutdown of the pilot flame after 30 sec.
Manual emergency shutdown (EMERGENCY STOP button)
The FIRECAR is equipped with a manual EMERGENCY STOP button. This button is clearly visible in the handheld remote control and enables the instructor to switch off the fire extinguishing training device at any time.
When the EMERGENCY / STOP is pressed, the active fire is automatically extinguished immediately. The FIRECAR can only be switched on again when the activated EMERGENCY STOP button has been reset by pulling it out.
Safety shutdown
The pilot flame on the FIRECAR switches off automatically after 30 seconds if not in use.

Training options:
The Firecar is used as part of fire brigade training at the Geretsried State Fire Brigade School.
